Tang Koiminx Cube -SLS/SAL 3D Printed twisty Puzzle

The inventor is Mr. Tang.

Koiminx has two rotation axes — one face-turning and the other edge-turning. Both of them have deeper-than-origin cuts. It is another new member of the expanding family of puzzles that possess features including fewer axes, doctrinaire, and dodecahedron geometry (for example: Loki Star, Apate Star, Pseudo Chop, Semisimple Chop, and Dreaming about the Big Chop).

Tang designed several versions with shallower cutting depths, but they failed to produce any interesting cutting patterns or present any challenges in terms of solving. So this project was put on hold for over three months. The designer brought it back to the table this time, he cutted it deeper until new pieces and satisfactory patterns emerged.

Although this puzzle has a 4-layer shell mechanism, it turns smoothly, NOT even bother to polish the parts.

The name of this puzzle comes from the patterns on its faces, which resemble koi.

This cube has been printed by two kinds of method & material:

1. Light Green color :
    printed by SLA with Resin
    size : 9.0 cm, dodecahedron
    N.Weight ~240g
    G.Weight: 605g
    condition: 100% brand new, stickers placed.

2. Black color:
     Printed by SLS with Nylon,
     size: 9.0 cm
     N.Weight ~185g
     G.Weight: 545g
     condition: 100% brand new, stickers placed.

Storage remind: 
1. HDT of resin is approx. 55℃/131℉, so it’s necessary to store it in a cool place.
2. Resin is an easily oxidized material, so it should be kept in a dry place without sunlight. It’s suggested to put it in the original box, and it’s not a good choice to keep it on the cabinet or shelf directly.
3. The surface of the Nylon printed version is kind of no so smooth so the stickers may not easy to attach on. So please not replace the stickers if NOT necessary.
