2. Q: Why my order is shipped by several packages ?
A: This happens in two conditions: first, if your order is more then 2kg, we'll split it to several packages to avoid SUPER high shipping cost by CaiNiao. Second, if you ordered some 3D printed cubes which need time to Print, then we'll split the order and ship the 3D printed cubes once they are ready.
